VP of Business Development

Crittercism is obsessed with mobile app performance management. We want everyone to know about our product, especially executives at systems integrators, app development platforms, and OEMs.

You will make this happen by identifying, forging, and maintaining strategic partnerships that ultimately lead to distribution agreements. As VP of Business Development, you should possess a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and be ready to roll your sleeves up alongside our executive team in San Francisco.


Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy to expand, maintain, and build new executive-level partnerships
  • Provide thought leadership across the organization
  • Bring our innovative products to market by owning negotiation of agreements with partners
  • Understand partner goals and structure deals that align with Crittercism's long-term strategy
  • Focus strategic BD efforts according to identified value levers
  • Work with Operations/Finance department to establish deal-specific KPIs to ensure partnerships deliver
  • Work in concert with the VP of Sales to ensure continuity of key relationships as they transition between teams
  • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required


Requirements

  • 10+ years business development and/or senior enterprise sales experience
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Comfort with drafting high-level term sheets and negotiating business terms
  • Significant experience in and relationships across the mobile industry
